DIY: Recycling & Reusing Plastic : Part I

If there was stone age, iron age, and bronze age, then today is the plastic age. Everything is made out of plastic. But the unsolvable problem of plastic has created an alarming issue these days. From grocery to furniture to surgery, plastic elements, plastic food containers, plastic bottles, plastic bags etc are very common components which we use for one time and throw out without even thinking that how much problem it may cause. We are literally living in the age of plastic.

Plastic is light and durable but it is not biodegradable and takes a lot of energy to make. So why we'll waste so much energy and resources. Here the best possible way to recover these wasted energy and resources is to recycle them.

According to wikipedia "Plastic recycling is the process of recovering scrap or waste plastic and reprocessing the material into useful products, sometimes completely different in form from their original state. For instance, this could mean melting down soft drink bottles and then casting them as plastic chairs and tables."

Here I'm going to show you some plastic recycling ideas that you can do at your home hassle free and with a few resources.
